R&D Hardware Lab Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Hardware Lab Assistant to support the daily operations of our hardware development lab. This role involves assisting engineers and researchers with prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and documentation. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of electronics and lab safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:  Hardware board bring-up and first level testing.  Assist with assembling and testing electronic circuits and hardware prototypes.  Maintain lab inventory and ensure tools, components, and equipment are in working order.  Support setup and operation of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeter, signal generators, and power supplies.  Perform basic soldering and rework of circuit boards (SMT and through-hole).  Organize and manage documentation related to test procedures, results, and hardware revisions.  Ensure the lab adheres to ESD and safety standards at all times.  Help with debugging and troubleshooting hardware under engineer supervision.  Maintain orderliness of the R&D lab.  Knowledge of 5S.

Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. (Only Male)

Experience: 0-2

Requirement:

  • Basic knowledge of electronics components, schematics, and circuit behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with lab tools and test equipment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and datasheets.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Helper in production

We are looking for a Production Helper to support daily manufacturing and assembly activities. The role involves assisting in multiple production-related tasks as required. Basic knowledge of electronic components.

Qualification: 10th or 12th can apply (Only Male)

Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Requirement:

  • Loading, unloading, and lifting materials/components as required
  • Supporting testing, packaging, and soldering work
  • Handling multiple tasks as assigned by the production team
  • Overtime work may be required based on production needs

Testing Engineer V&V

We are seeking a Testing Engineer with specialization in electronics to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for ensuring the functionality, quality, and reliability of our electronic products through rigorous testing, analysis, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electronics testing, including hardware testing, embedded systems, PCB testing, and integration with software systems. As a Testing Engineer specializing in electronics, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance before they reach the market.

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years

Requirement:

  • Basic understanding of electronic components, circuit design, and embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with basic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
  • Knowledge of manual testing procedures for hardware and software interactions.
