Embedded Firmware Design Engineer

Full Time - Embedded Firmware Design Engineer

Education Qualification B.E / B.Tech in ECE/EEE or related field

We are looking for a skilled Firmware Developer Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining embedded systems and firmware. You will be responsible for developing firmware for microcontroller-based systems, optimizing code for performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products.

Requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for microcontroller-based systems.
  • Write, debug, and test low-level firmware in C.
  • Interface with various hardware components such as sensors, communication modules, and actuators
  • Optimize software performance for efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  • Conduct system-level testing and troubleshooting to ensure product functionality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including software specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
  • Work on communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.) and interface with peripherals
Key Skills / JD
  • Proficiency in C programming languages.
  • Experience with microcontrollers (ARM Cortex, STM32, AVR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.).
  • Experience in debugging using tools such as JTAG, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
  • Strong understanding of hardware schematics and electronic circuits
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with wireless communication protocols such as BLE, Wi-Fi, or ZigBee.
  • Knowledge of software version control tools (Git).

Embedded Hardware Design Engineer

Requirements
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of hardware components for new products and systems.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to design circuit boards, sensors, and other hardware components.

  • Circuit designing and developing of printed circuit boards
  • Participate in creating hardware specifications, documentation, BOM and technical reports.

Key Skills / JD
  • Must have worked in design environment for complete Hardware development life cycle (HDLC).

  • Basic understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers.
  • Hands on experience on any of Schematic and layout design tool like Altium, Eagle etc.

Store Executive

Full Time - Store Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and material movement. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, handling inward and outward materials, coordinating material receiving and dispatch, and ensuring proper arrangement and tracking of electronic components and other store items.

Requirements
  • Basic computer knowledge with Excel.
  • Good knowledge of electronic components.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Prior experience in an electronics/manufacturing store will be preferred.

We are looking for an experienced V&V (Verification & Validation) Manager to lead our verification and validation activities across hardware, electronics, embedded systems, firmware and integrated products.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in V&V, electronics testing, embedded systems or hardware/software integration
  • Strong understanding of electronics testing, PCB validation and hardware debugging
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and test equipment
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC, RF, environmental and reliability testing
  • Strong leadership, communication and project-management skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
  • Lead continuous improvement and adoption of modern testing approaches, including AI-assisted testing and IoT/edge-device validation
  • Ensure applicable regulatory and product compliance requirements are met
Key Skills / JD
  • Lead and manage V&V / electronic testing teams
  • Define V&V strategy, policies, procedures and test methodologies
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases and schedules
  • Oversee functional, performance, stress, regression, reliability, EMI/EMC, RF and environmental testing
  • Drive test automation for hardware and embedded systems
  • Ensure requirements traceability and product validation throughout the lifecycle
  • Review test results, defect reports and release-readiness documentation
  • Coordinate with Hardware, Firmware, Software, Systems Engineering and Product teams. Manage V&V resources, laboratories, equipment and project schedules. Drive root-cause analysis and corrective-action verification
